1/2 Beef Share 200 pounds
This is the 1/2 share of beef at approximately 200 pounds and takes up about half of a large freezer. This share will include:
rib steak (6)
top loin or t-bone steak (6-7)
tenderloin steak (2)
tri-tip )1)
sirloin steak (10)
chuck roast (10-12)
rump roast (4)
sirloin tip roast (4)
short ribs (4)
brisket (2)
stew meat
osso bucco
soup bone

Beef will be wrapped in paper. Roasts can be from 3-5 pounds. Two steaks per package. Ground beef will be in 1 pound packages
This is a one time purchase. Pickup will be at the Murdochs parking lot in early to mid December. We will coordinate exact times with you as the time gets near.
